1. Who We Are
Blip Marketing is a marketing agency based in Dallas, Texas that provides website design, AI chatbot services, and motion ads campaigns. Contact us at contact@blipservices.org or (972) 552-0360.
2. Services We Provide
Blip Marketing offers: custom website design, AI chatbot setup and management, and motion ads campaigns using local Dallas creators. Specific services purchased will be defined at the time of order.
3. Payment Terms
All payments are due at the time of order via PayPal, Venmo, credit card, or debit card. Monthly services auto-renew unless cancelled. Texas sales tax (8.25%) applies to all services.
4. Delivery Timeline
Websites are delivered within 3-5 business days. Video ads are delivered within 3-8 business days depending on package of order and payment. Chatbots are set up within 3-5 business days. Ad services are delivered within 5-7 business days of order. Timelines may vary based on client responsiveness to requests for information or approvals.
5. Revisions Policy
All website orders include 3 revisions. Additional revisions may be purchased at $50 per revision round. Revisions must be requested in writing within 14 days of preview delivery.
6. Refund Policy
For website services: if the Client does not approve the demo preview, no payment is owed. Once payment is made and the website is delivered and approved, no refunds are issued. For monthly services: cancel anytime, with service continuing through the end of the paid billing period. No partial month refunds.
7. Ownership
Upon full payment, the Client owns the final website design and content. Blip Marketing retains the right to display the work in portfolios and marketing materials. Hosting, domain management, and chatbot infrastructure remain with Blip Marketing unless transferred.
8. Limitation of Liability
Blip Marketing's maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question. Blip Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost customers, or loss of business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. No Guarantees on Results
Services are provided on an "as is" basis. Blip Marketing does not guarantee specific business outcomes including but not limited to: increased website traffic, customer acquisition, sales revenue, ad performance metrics, or marketing campaign performance. Client acknowledges that marketing results cannot be guaranteed.
10. Ad Services
For motion ads services: Blip Marketing creates clients with approved creators but does not control creator content or posting behavior. View counts are estimates based on creator history and are not guaranteed. Creators are independent contractors, not employees of Blip Marketing. Blip Marketing is not liable for creator conduct outside of the specific campaign deliverables.
11. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to: provide accurate business information, respond to requests within 48 hours, approve or request revisions in a timely manner, and use services only for legal purposes. Client is solely responsible for the legality of their own business, products, and services being promoted.
12. Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Blip Marketing from any third-party claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Client's business, products, services, or content provided to Blip Marketing for use in deliverables.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas, rather than in court. The prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney's fees.
14. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought in Dallas County, Texas.
15. Modifications
Blip Marketing may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of new terms.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect
When you use our services we collect the following information:
Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, business name, physical address.
Business Information: Industry, business description, website URL, brand preferences, hours of operation.
Payment Information: Processed through PayPal. We do not store credit card numbers or banking details on our servers. Transaction IDs are kept for record-keeping.
Uploaded Content: Photos, logos, and other materials you upload for your website or campaign.
Usage Data: We do not use tracking cookies or analytics software on our site.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: deliver the services you ordered, communicate with you about your project, process payments, provide customer support, and send service updates related to your account.
We will never send you marketing emails unless you specifically opt in.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We only share information with third parties when necessary to deliver services:
Payment processors (PayPal) — to process your payment.
Web hosting providers (Netlify) — to host your website.
Ad designers — if you purchase ad services, we share your business brief with our design team.
Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or government request.
4. Data Security
Your data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Forms are processed through Formspree. Payment information is handled entirely by PayPal's secure infrastructure. We take reasonable precautions to protect your data but no internet transmission is 100% secure.
5. Data Retention
We keep your information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you stop using our services we may retain your information for up to 3 years for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. After that time we delete it.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to: access the information we have about you, correct inaccurate information, request deletion of your data, request a copy of your data, opt out of any future marketing communications.

7. Children's Privacy
Our services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13 contact us immediately.
8. Cookies & Tracking
Our website does not use tracking cookies, analytics services, or advertising trackers. We respect your privacy by default.
9. Third-Party Links
Our site may contain links to third-party websites (PayPal, Calendly, TikTok, Instagram). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Please read their privacy policies separately.
10. California Residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (note: we do not sell personal information).
